Luisana Sánchez has one mission: help businesses sell more, save time, and scale without losing that personal magic.
She’s based in the Dominican Republic and has already helped 1,000+ brands escape digital overwhelm through automation.
Live workshops. Online events. Big launches.
You don’t need more tabs open. You need tabs closed. Automatically. With a system.
And lucky for us, Luisana brought receipts.
Three stories. Three wins. One platform that runs the whole show: Manychat.
The Challenge

Luisana’s clients were stuck doing everything manually, from answering basic DMs like “when is the workshop?” to chasing down late payments and forgotten registrations.
In fact, one of her clients, a financial advisor, had over 600 people asking about her workshops each month, but only 20% actually registered.
Because there were:
- No reminders.
- No follow-ups.
- No system in place.
Just a flood of unanswered DMs and missed opportunities.
Another client — a creative coach — had tons of content but no way to monetize it long-term. She reinvented the wheel in every workshop.
And finally, an entrepreneur event with great speakers but low awareness needed to reach more people, fast.
Too many tasks. Too much manual work. Too little ROI.
The Goal

Luisana wanted to help her clients save time, drive more conversions, and avoid being glued to the inbox 24/7.
She was tired of watching talented creators miss out on sales because of manual DM chaos.
“Only 20% of people were registering,” she adds, “because there was no follow-up, no reminders, no system in place.”
Her fix was to turn those free workshops into a funnel. Warm the list. Launch when they’re ready.
Her goal was simple: automate the path from “just curious” to “just paid.”
How it Works

Breaking it down case-by-case and step-by-step.
Case 1: The financial advisor
Step 1: Build a main menu with FAQ answers like cost, location, format, and date.
Step 2: Add tags for users asking about workshops.
“By tagging them days before the workshop, we could effectively review who had been interested in the workshop at some point, and it was much easier to close the sale,” Luisana explains.
Step 3: Send automated reminders with payment links.
“We made sure that those reminders were included in those posts with short calls to action,” she adds. “That way, when someone requested information or asked about the workshop, they would see the payment link so that they could pay automatically.”
Step 4: Use filters to exclude personal contacts from receiving business promos.
“We also created a custom label so that people under that label would not see the main menu.”
Step 5: Connect Manychat to a digital product platform for instant access.
Case 2: The creative community coach
Step 1: Repurpose old free content into a funnel.
“She was constantly posting workshops, videos, master classes, webinars…and she said, ‘But it would be great to record this and have it in a space where I could share this information on a regular basis,’” Luisana explains.
Step 2: Build separate automated flows based on workshop type.
“It’s not the same for someone who entered through the Cricut workshop as it is for someone who entered through the workshop on how to start a business,” she adds. “So, depending on the workshop they entered, they went through a funnel until they received this membership offer.”
Step 3: Create a membership waitlist funnel using Manychat.
Step 4: Warm up her list with helpful content, then launch.
“We identified that process, created free workshops to attract that audience, and then we ran a campaign to build anticipation for membership.”
Step 5: The coach received 70 signups in 24 hours.
Case 3: The entrepreneur event
Step 1: Create a Manychat funnel to drive traffic to WhatsApp.
If you want to move folks from Instagram to WhatsApp, here’s a free template you can use from our library.
Step 2: Use tags and follow-ups to increase attendance.
“We were able to tag people who hadn’t responded or those who had not paid, and then follow up with each one in the correct way,” Luisana says.
Step 3: Give folks a choice to attend live, buy the replay, or stream.
Step 4: Sell out 15 days before the event. Mic drop. 🫳🎤
The Results

- A 70% drop in missed workshop registrations
- 600+ leads handled without manual replies
- 70+ membership signups in a single day (no ad spend)
- A sold-out entrepreneur event, with attendees from around the world
Hours saved. Sanity restored. Revenue up.
Why This Works (and Why You Need it Too)

The old way: Manually answer DMs. Miss follow-ups. Burn out. Repeat.
The new way: Plug in a system that filters, follows up, and fills your workshops while you focus on what actually matters.
Luisana says it best: “Automation lets you grow without sacrificing the essence of your brand.”

Here’s how to copy-paste Lusiana’s strategy:
Step 1: Set up a Manychat flow with FAQs and tags
Step 2: Create different flows for each workshop or product
Step 3: Automate reminders, follow-ups, and payment links
Step 4: Send warm leads to a waitlist or booking page
Step 5: Launch to an already-excited, already-waiting list
