Manychat is committed to keeping its platform safe for everyone. If you have encountered a Manychat-powered bot or account that you believe is violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service, please complete the following form.

We will keep you informed on the progress of your report.

What will happen after you submit?

  1. Our trust and safety team will review the reported account or content against our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. We aim to complete this step within 5 working days.

  2. We will take appropriate enforcement action if a violation is confirmed — this may include warnings, channel restrictions, account suspension, or permanent ban.

  3. We will follow up with you at the email address you provide, subject to any confidentiality obligations we owe to account holders.
