These provide short term solutions with unsustainable results. They are a plan A with no plan B, a “one side fits all” or “cookie cutter” approach to nutrition. I work with individuals of all capabilities who are searching for personal and supportive 1 to 1 nutrition coaching. The existing nutrition and fitness industry is poorly regulated. There is an abundance of conflicting evidence readily available it’s easy to get lost confused. Using an evidence based approach to education I eliminate dietary myths. I empower my clients on a personal level to help them achieve their fat loss, body recomposition and fitness goals for life!
