Services: Taty's Fitness two main services are Physical Training and Nutrition Coaching. Physical fitness training includes three options: - One on One Personal Training - Group Training - Boot Camp Training ALL workouts are uniquely designed and modified to help each client reach their personal goals. How She Does it: Workouts are designed to change body composition. In other words we burn body fat and build lean muscles and overall strength, endurance, and energy. Clients also increase their metabolism through the workouts supplemented by change in eating habits. Not eating less but eating healthier. About Tatyana: Tatyana is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer level 3, Certified in High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T), Certified Cycling Instructor, CPR/AED certified, and insured. She works throughout Central New Jersey as a trainer at Organizations such as: YMCA of Somerville, Green Brook Lady of America, and at Steeplechase at Somerset medical for "Cancer Community Support."
