Polyglot was established in 2013 to complement the fast pace of learning that is paramount among the people of the Sta. Rosa community as well as to improve the quality of the workforce in this highly competitive environment. Owing to the presence of a number of multinational companies and foreign visitors either working or studying in Santa Rosa, Polyglot first ventured into the teaching of various language courses. Subsequently, Polyglot also developed programs for children to supplement their education and to cultivate their language skills. By 2014, Polyglot expanded in terms of market presence and course offerings. As an offshoot of teaching the English language, a call center training program was developed to meet demands of the growing business process outsourcing industry, the majority of which are in Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao and Calamba where the new branch is located.
