Tamara and Ryan are on a mission. To help people improve their and fitness, and also taking into account treating the environment the way it should be, just like our own health. We are transitioning to meat free nutrition, focusing on cruelty free products and reducing our carbon footprint. This page will be a resource to help all those who are or like us, switching to using less animal products, but without labels. We aren't vegetarian, vegan, paleo... we do balance, and don't beat ourselves up over having the odd burger, but over the long haul, we aim to drastically reduce our negative impact on the environment, animals and our own health.
