We all have trials and tribulations in our lives. We all have vices, some just don't recognize them. I am no different. I've always been active but as I started a family and the stress of the company I help found overwhelmed me, I turned to food, (among other things) and began eating...a lot. This, combined with nightly wine and beer and little activity led me to a point where I did not recognize myself. I was in my mid 30's, probably a little depressed although I don't use that term loosely, overweight, and I had high blood pressure and high cholesterol. On a recent vacation my brother in law said about 5 years ago he asked me how long I'd live. He said I answered 65. The highest I ever weighed myself was 233, but my wife thinks I was 240 at one point. One night, drinking wine, probably eating pizza, I saw good ole' Tony Horton on my TV talking about P90X. For whatever reason I picked up the phone and ordered the product. I knew it was time. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. Well, I lost about 55 pounds of fat and got down to 179 at one point but have put on muscle and lost more fat and sit around 190 lbs. I feel like I'm 25 again. Seriously. I have boundless energy, my knees don't hurt and I can outlast my children during any activity. I am completely off all high blood pressure and cholesterol medications. Something I was told probably would never happen. I believe the term "hereditary" was used. My goal is to help YOU. I have a common sense approach, no calorie counting, just commitment and honest effort is all I require. Yes, you will have to spend some money to acquire the tools you need to do this. However, if i told you in 6 months from now that you could look and feel 15 years younger, have unlimited energy, be happier, be more productive, be a better father, mother, sister, brother, or friend and add 20 years on to your life would you not go to the bank and take out a loan for whatever that took and do it immediately?! I think most would. We don't have much without our health. I'm here to help you. Send me a message. Call me. Whatever. Just take the step, I PROMISE you it will be the best decision you have made. From my favorite movie The Shawshank Redemption: "Get busy living, or get busy dying. That's god damn right." Thanks for reading, Jamie
