CrossFit OTS3 is not your typical gym. Is a community of people who work together, to share experiences, knowledge, and skills to improve each other. The community is developed through positive relationships with qualified coaches, and inspired by clients on a daily basis. It’s not just the coach telling you to pick-up the bar, or yelling at you that you have to get deeper in your squat. It’s the 60 year old grandmother working right next to you finishing their workout, and then going out to run/walk with the other people who have yet to finish.
