Please read below for more of Charming South's information. ~If you see something you like here's how to purchase: Door hangers: Post "sold" with your email address under the post of the item you would like to purchase. Please include what you would like personalized on it. Clothing: Post "sold" with your email address under the post of the item you would like to purchase. Please include what size you would like. ~How to pay: We use PayPal to send invoices. Invoices are sent within the next business day. Don't have PayPal? No problem...Once you open your emailed invoice you can click "check out as a guest" if you do not have PayPal. You can then use your credit card to pay the invoice. Invoices need to be paid within 24 hours from when they are sent. Your order will not be started until the invoice has been paid. Invoices will be cancelled if they have not been paid within the 24 hours. ~Current turn-around time for personalized door hangers is 2-3 weeks, plus shipping time. Clothing items are shipped within 3 business days if items are in stock. ~Shipping costs vary depending on item(s) purchased. Door hangers can be shipped for $15 and clothing can be shipped for $7. This is subject to change if more than one quantity. Locals to Chinquapin, NC can pick up items. Make sure to let us know if you will be picking up to not be charged for shipping. ~Returns: Door hangers: There are no refunds or exchanges on door hangers. Clothing: Clothing items can be returned within 7 days for a store credit only. If you wish to return an item, please email email@example.com first before sending item(s) back. Shipping cost is nonrefundable unless it is a mistake on our part. Returned items must be in perfect condition in order to receive store credit (un-washed, un-worn, no stains, tags must be attached). When returning an item, please include the original receipt and circle the item(s) you wish to return. Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return. *We use the shipping address that you provide us with when you check out. If the address is incorrect, you are responsible for the lost package. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Be sure to double check your address!
