Our girls are like minded with a strong ‘female focused’ group who strive for their goals. Our small group personal training sessions are tailored for women of all different fitness levels targeting all the essential body parts that woman requires to feel great within themselves. Body Fit Women's Fitness are the leading women's only outdoor group personal training specialists in the Inner West and St George Suburbs in Sydney. We are so passionate about what we do and take pride in ourselves to deliver specific training and nutrition to our clients and get them the best possible result. Our programs are based on 3 different areas that we feel gets the best possible result for our clients: 1) Personalised Training 2) Personalised Nutrition 2) Accountability Our programs aren’t “1 size fits all” type of programs. We strive on tailoring the programs specifically for the client with a personal approach by combining these 3 specific areas to get you the best possible result. We have trialed and tested what works best and we’ve come up with the right formula to get each and everyone an awesome result. Body Fit Women's Fitness sessions are run daily with flexible times available that suit all busy women who find it hard to find time to exercise. We start early to mid mornings at 6:00am and 9:35am so you can get up, get moving and get to work on time and also perfect time for business owners who work from home and mums who do after school morning & day care drop offs. For women that need an after work option, sessions also run between 6:30pm onwards. Saturday mornings are an option too, so you can kick off with a healthy weekend with the rest of the day to relax.
