Every class is different and every class is easy to follow. All classes are indoors in the air conditioning. Any Fitness Level Can Do This. You Can Do This. Your instructor is a “FUN Drill Sergeant” that is aware and empathetic to your level of fitness and limitations. Every class is designed to correct and prevent common problems and pains of the: knees, shoulders, back, neck…All students receive a nutrition plan.
