On May 15, 2012 Villa Capri, officially opened its doors. On February 2, 2015 the ownership of the restaurant changed. Nicholas Mack, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in 2012, and a native of St. Louis, Missouri took over ownership and management of the popular restaurant. His background includes work at Tony's on Main Street in St. Charles, Missouri as well as time at Kouzzina on Disney's Boardwalk and also in the production kitchen of Disney's annual Food and Wine Festival. Over the past couple of months, the restaurant has seen some welcome changes. While the quality of the food has remained outstanding, a move towards more homemade dishes has been instituted. We offer superb, authentic Italian fare, including daily, early bird and holiday specials. There is also a brand new lunch menu that is served starting at 11:30 am every morning. While maintaining its roots as an Italian restaurant, many more exciting changes are planned for the future.
