Having spent 7 years in the British Army as a Commando working as part of 3 Commando Brigades Reconnaissance Force, Rob has learnt many ways to train with or without equipment in testing environments ensuring himself and his team were at the top of their physical fitness. Having left in 2012 to progress a career in personal training, Rob has since run his own boot camp company, helping many people reach their goals with correct training techniques, sound nutritional advice, progressive over load and most importantly of all, making it enjoyable!
