Ryan, Andy, and Jarlo have backgrounds in multiple martial arts, gymnastics, yoga, education, physical therapy, and various kinds of coaching. They also have families and real-world responsibilities. GMB programs are designed for adults who want to be strong without sacrificing fun or taking time away from family and work. They feature gymnastic movements because that's the most efficient way to improve strength and skill at the same time. It also looks pretty cool and feels good when you can pull off some tricks in front of your friends. When you begin practicing to move your body freely, you'll develop greater strength, agility, control, and confidence in every movement.
