•We don’t have a central commissary where food is made days ago and trucked out to each location every other day. •Our staff comes in hours before we start to serve you to prepare FRESH guacamole from ripe avocados, make FRESH chips, hand craft our own salsa, and cook our own beans. In fact, we prepare our guacamole and make our chips twice a day. •Our vegetarian dishes are truly vegetarian without any lard added. •We hand-cut our boneless, skinless chicken breast everyday. •We shred our cheese right here in our kitchen from huge 40 lbs. blocks. •We feel that food which is prepared by hand instead of machines just tastes better and that is why we dice our tomatoes and hand slice our onions, green peppers, and lettuce everyday instead of buying them diced and sliced. •We do not charge for our chips and salsa like other places. In fact, we serve complimentary chips and salsa while you are waiting for your meal for as much as you like to eat them. •We love phone orders and do carry out and deliver within 6 miles radius and if you are doing a party at your office or home, we can take care of that too. •Most of our business is done through word-of-mouth, which means people like the way we serve our food and tell their friends and co-workers and that’s the best compliment anyone could ever give us. •We love for you to come here and enjoy your meal.
