We are not ”follow the latest fad diet” trainers. We are not a “make you puke on your first session and can’t walk for a week” gym. We will not make you feel guilty about eating foods. We are not here to follow the latest trend in fitness, or to tell you to follow the same diet as some movie star, and we will never put you on a DIET. The “D” word isn’t even allowed in our gym.
